Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Administrative Assistant- Finance (PMO Dept)
Requirements:
▪ 4 years of experience as Admin Assistant
▪ 6 years of experience as Document Controller
▪ Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent level Qualification
▪ Computer proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
▪ Good written and spoken English is Mandatory
Job Role:
▪ Supporting the Department to Prepare Monthly Report
▪ If there is PR/PO not require, sending follow up to the person who is responsible in specific PR
▪ Ensure maintaining the file systems organized and updated
