Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Client Service Representative – Rewards Executive

Minimum Requirements:
▪ 5-7 years of C&B Experience
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Science/Math, Business Administration or any other related discipline

Responsibilities-
• Perform analytical research and reporting in different total rewards spheres including internal and external equity study, competitive pay practices, and on emerging compensation and benefits trends. Recommend associated policy and/or program changes.
• Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports
• Assist Rewards Lead to create compensation and benefits plans that are cost-effective and competitive Assists in Job evaluations and classifications.
