Data Scientist (9-12 months contract)

Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Data Scientist (9-12 months contract)

Requirements:
▪ A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a similar role.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field. Strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computer science.
▪ Experience with data analysis and scripting and programming languages such as SQL, R or Python is a plus.
▪ Excellent knowledge of different kinds of modeling techniques including time series modeling, prescriptive modeling, predictive modeling, descriptive modeling, etc.
▪ Experience using business intelligence tools like PowerBI and/or Oracle OBIEE is a plus.
▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.
▪ Experience in Data science and Analytics Projects
