Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Event Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:
▪ 3-5 years’ experience in the event management field preferably in the same industry.
▪ Diploma in relevant field.
▪ To manage events from request or conception requirement to clean up ensuring that organization events run smoothly, efficiently on approved budget and handle any crisis that may come up.
▪ Plan and coordinate various events requested through PR Section and oversee the various activities such as: transportation, keynote speakers or celebrities, audio visuals and equipment, catering and photograph, while following up on event and ensure that each event is coordinated efficiently and effectively, with due professional care and attention.
▪ Fluency in English and/ or Arabic. Nationality- Arab Nationality only (Non-Egyptian)
