Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Finance Specialist

Minimum Requirements:
▪ Bachelor in Accountant. Experience more than 2 years. Language (Arabic & English).
▪ Working in the ERP system and all Microsoft office. Work in review the work orders issued, received invoices and payment. Prepare a sheet for each outsourced company to match the invoices and payments.
▪ Checking the total balance of each outsourced company. Able to check the PO calculation over the years to match the invoices with the PO. Bank reconciliation for expenses – Manually. Credit Card Transactions.
▪ Prepare the documents requested by SAB team during the audit. Prepare the documents requested by Deloitte during the review with internal audit. Receiving invoices to be reviewed and assigning them to buyers and accountants. Filling and documenting all the letters coming from Moraslat that’s refers to finance. Making reports for anything required.
