Job Title: Front Office Executive


  • Take care of all the tasks related to reception/front office.
  • To provide guests assistance by answering their queries over telephone.
  • Ensures proper distribution of mail/fax/documents/couriers.
  • Maintain Conference / Meeting Rooms booking register & display the scheduled meetings.
  • Coordinate with Telephone/Mobile Service Provider for service or billing issues. Handle employee requests pertaining to mobile service.
  • Take care of Air ticket bookings of employee’s annual leave travel/business travel.
  • Book employee’s annual travel air tickets based on eligibility.
  • Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodation and travel insurance for the employees travelling on business trips.
  • Responsible for courier arrangement and coordination.
  • Maintaining Account statement for tickets and other travel related services.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Business Class Lounge / Five Star Hotels is Mandatory.
  • Effective communicator
  • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance.
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.
  • Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a diverse environment.
