Our client in Qatar is looking to hire HR Generalist (Filipino Nationality)
Requirements
▪️Assist in developing Company’s HR policies and procedures in line with local labor law.
▪️Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
▪️Updating and maintaining payroll records.
▪️Maintenance of personnel system and leave management system.
▪️Liaising with staff and management on HR related queries.
▪️Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports.
▪️Locally Available with valid QID and NOC
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited University.
• Candidate must have Qatar experience and knowledge in Qatar labor law.
• Certification in Human Resources or equivalent would be preferred.
Experience
• Minimum three years’ HR Generalist/HR Officer Qatar experience is required.
• Qatar driving license would be an advantage.
• Experience in using HR tools and applications.
