HR Generalist

One of our prestigious clients based in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit HR GENERALIST


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare recruitment plan and tracker based on approved manpower plan for the year
  • Ensure all Job Descriptions are up to date and ready for posting
  • Sourcing for all open vacancies and maintaining a candidate database for future vacancies
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and country HRBP for all recruitment stages and approvals until final selection is made
  • Preparation of Compensation & Benefits offer proposal based on existing company guidelines
  • Communicate and negotiate job offers to candidates
  • Responsible for candidate onboarding activities such as coordinating with admin team on government related requirements and registrations, ensuring all resources are ready for the new joiner, and conducting the HR induction upon joining
  • Responsible for ensuring HRMS data is accurate and up to date
  • Monthly payroll administration
  • Support HRBP on employee relations activities and administration of grievance procedures and disciplinary actions when required


Job Requirement:

  • Preferred Saudi National.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR
  • Attention to detail and respect for deadlines, organized work habits
  • Expert knowledge in KSA labor law and standard market practice
  • Proactive and work under huge time and people pressure
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills, ability to interpret profiles and prepare candidate feedback reports etc.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in SF/SAP systems preferred
  • Excellent level of English, spoken and written
  • Excellent level of Arabic, spoken and written
