Our client in Qatar is looking to hire IT Support Manager

Requirements
▪️Bachelors’ degree in IT

▪️Certifications: Office 365, ITIL

▪10+ years of experience in IT Support and Service management
▪️Advanced knowledge of O365,including Outlook, Exchange Online, Azure AD & Microsoft tools
▪️Experience in the use of ITIL compliant ITSM tools such as Manage Engine, ServiceNow or equivalent
