Our client in Qatar is looking to hire ITSM Consultant – RM

Minimum Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related fields. ITIL 3 foundation certification. ITIL 3 Practitioner certification. ITIL 3 Intermediate certifications. ITIL 4 foundation certification.
▪ 10 years of experience with Release management.
Responsibilities:
▪ Review the RM process procedure draft and identified improvements.
▪ Establish RM team to validate and test the process scope and activities. Run Pilot for Release management process.
▪ Review and validate the RM process related CSI records. Work with RM module support team to implement and test the new process
Job Specific Skills:
▪ Ability to use ITSM tools BMC-Remedy and Helix
▪ Experienced in using Microsoft Office, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint

Duration: 18 months.
