Designation: Lead Generator Specialist / Telesales

Duties & Responsibilities:

▪️Sourcing/prospecting and qualifying new and viable sales lead through various means
▪️Making outbound calls to make contact
▪️Scheduling meetings for the Manager with prospective clients
▪️Tracking and maintaining all sales activities by updating account information regularly
▪️Establish a well-developed pipeline of potential prospects
▪️Meeting and exceeding defined targets Coordinating with Sales team members to optimize the sales effort

Desired Experience & Qualification:

▪️A proven track record in business/lead generation and achieving defined targets
▪️1+ year of relevant experience
▪️Should have strong research knowledge in understanding ways and means of targeting potential customers
▪️Effective verbal- and written communication skills
▪️Proficient in MS Office
▪️Experience in a Recruitment Consultancy will be an advantage
▪️Since all the staffs are Female, we are looking for female staffs only
