Job Title – MIS Executive:

About the role: The role is responsible for gathering information from various sources and interprets data and turns it into information which provides key insights and offer ways to improve business performance and thus influencing business decisions. This role will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial and operational KPI reporting and periodical analyses by conducting complex quantitative modelling in support of achieving the operational goals of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Define, implement and measure performance goals and metrics at the Products and Business Unit levels for the Material Management strategy and operations.
• Perform requirements elicitation, statistical and qualitative data analysis and translate data into best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Be able to take complex ideas data and concepts and simplify and explain through reports, infographics and power points presentations
• Communicate complex analysis and programs effectively to a wide audience in order to achieve buy in and understanding
• Identify the opportunities and implement automations of the reporting process. Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, by utilizing a combination of methods, sources, and tools
• Work on multiple projects and as support function on projects both in the UAE and abroad.

Required Skills:

• Graduate or post graduate with strong MIS reporting skills.
• Knowledge of accounting, finance and handling projects is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in same field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Analyze the data and suggested for business improvements.
• Experience in handling reports and data.
