Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Quality Assistant

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
▪ 1-3 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service
▪ Front office experience is desirable
▪ Minimum Qualification-High school diploma or equivalent
▪ Job-Specific Skills: • Communication skills • Customer service orientation • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. • Ability to work under pressure. • Attention to details. • Take initiatives • Basic computer application skills • English and Arabic are a must. Other languages are a plus
▪ JOB OBJECTIVE-To update reports in MOI, explanation of online inspection reports, Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to various enquiries in order to provide clarity and direction to Company’s customers, in order to ensure that the customer service standards at the company are maintained at all times.
