Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Rewards Associate

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
▪ Bachelors’ degree in Business /Math
▪ 3+ Years of C&B Experience
▪ HRIS / SAP knowledge is an advantage, Compensation & Benefits. Computer Literacy, Proficiency in MS package, Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations, Data Collection & Analysis Interpersonal Skills Excellent English Communication Multi-tasking skills Ability to work effectively with a variety of groups.
▪ Administers employee insurance programs including Life, Medical, and other such benefits
Assists in Job Analysis, Job descriptions creation and occupational classifications as required
Validate of transaction data and administer variable pay as requested by the business
▪ Provide information about different benefit programs and process applications to all HR Service Team as required. Validate and processes ticket request as required. Validate employee requests such as advance, dependent information, education allowance, vacation allowance et cetera
▪ Prepare report as required by business. Maintain Career Stack, standard operating procedure and other documentation required for the business.
