One of our premier Satellite Telecommunication Service Provider client is looking to recruit Sales Manager

 

Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Develop all objectives and goals for market sales and net revenue for all activities
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement
  • Manage sales team and provide leadership, training, coaching and motivation
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for each account managers
  • Establish and foster a strong working relationship with Clients by understanding their requirements and prepare appropriate sales strategies
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and maintain knowledge on all competitors and their products
  • Participate exhibitions and collaborate with Marketing department to analyse marketing activities and optimize leads and business revenue

 

Skills Required –

  • At least 5  years’ working experience in Sales & Business Development
  • Experience in IT / Telecom / Satellite products preferred
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
