Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Senior Customer Service Agent

Requirements:
▪ High school diploma or general equivalency education.
▪ 2+years of experience in relevant field. (Aviation exp is a plus)
Responsibilities:
▪ Answering customer queries, giving directions, pro-actively look for possible improvement and conveying a positive image of the airport.
▪ Supports stakeholders and business partners to ensure their business runs effectively in order to provide customer a comfortable experience.
Location: Qatar (Local Bilingual candidates are preferred)
Duration: 6 months
