Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager (PMO Dept.)

Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
▪ 25 years’ construction industry experience, including 5 years in healthcare at a senior project/program management role.
▪ International experience, particularly in the Middle East, is valuable.
▪ Specialist knowledge in Project & Program Management, Commercial Management, Procurement Strategies, Tender Management, and Contract Administration.
▪ Professional memberships are advantageous.
▪ Compliance with MMUP Certification as applicable to the position.
