Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Service Desk Analyst

Requirements:
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
▪ Must have Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System
▪ Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email
▪ Troubleshoot basic network issues
▪ Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries
▪ Must be available immediately
