Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Shift Supervisor

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
▪ 8 years in Aviation Refueling operations.
▪ At least 8 years’ experience as SR. Refueling Operator or 5 years supervisory level in oil and Gas sector.
▪ Minimum Qualification-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
▪ Job Specific Skills: • Time management • Communication skills • Managing people • Planning and scheduling skills
▪ JOB OBJECTIVE To manage the shift and all direct staff. To ensure the smooth running of the refueling process. To ensure that all refueling and defueling are done to the specified specifications and Procedures. Ground times are met to achieve the customer satisfaction. To ensure that all direct staff comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.
