Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Site Project Controls Manager

Skills:
▪️ Facilitation skills (for conducting workshops and interviews).
▪️ Sufficient management skills to coordinate the work of this team.
▪️ Advanced user of Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Competencies:
▪️ Comprehensive understanding of WBS, CBS, OBS and other project coding structures.
▪️ Sufficient knowledge of the disciplines of cost controlling, scheduling, risk management, change management and their interlinkages.
▪️ Sufficient understanding of commercial and contractual aspects and constraints.
▪️ Understanding of IT systems setup and implementation.

Experience:
▪️ Actual project execution experience.
▪️ Sufficient industry experience (petrochemicals) to understand the drivers of petrochemical projects, including track record of site delegations.
