Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Specialist, Health Policy

Requirements
▪Minimum 3 years experience in Health-related field with Master’s.
▪Shall be responsible to evaluate, review and update current policies in the healthcare field.
▪Suggest improvement where necessary by analyzing data collected through from research, surveys, and census to identify the expected implications of certain policy decisions.
▪Shall be responsible to develop health care policies and programs, perform research, make necessary reports and ensures compliance to appropriate laws and regulations.
▪Conduct on a quarterly basis legal reviews of the healthcare policies to ensure they are aligned and consistent with the State laws.
▪Conduct policy benchmarking by examining examples of external national and international health related policies on the subject matter.
▪Facilitate the consultation process, subsequent refinement of the policy, and oversees its approval through approval pathways.
▪Forecast the trends in the respective law and other regulations in the respective domain.
▪Must know Arabic and English.
