Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Strategy & PMO Specialist

Minimum Requirements:
▪ 9 years of experience of which 3 years in similar or entrepreneurial role.
▪ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar.
▪ Knowledge on Transport Industry, Proficiency in MS Office application.
▪ Overseeing the processes of training program by making a plan, update and maintain training records whilst also communicate with management for the training improvement process.
▪ To optimize efficiency in documenting processes, reporting project progress, keeping track of deadlines, next steps and deliverables in order to provide the needed support for the leaders to make strategic decisions.
▪ The ideal candidate will contribute to the company by taking the responsibility of planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordinating the assigned projects and strategies of the company while leading a Program of interrelated projects, execute and manage projects as well as organization-wide initiatives.
