Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Technical Support Engineer

Minimum Requirements:
▪ 5+ years in hands-on technical support in a large scale, IT demanding organization. Extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows 7/8 and Linux/Unix/Mac O/S)
▪ Experience in a research institution, hospital, or software development company. Experience with iOS/S, Android and Windows mobile systems
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
▪ Certification and Licensure- CCNA Unix/Linux and/or MCSA Certified. CCNP/Switching certified. Apple Certified Professional.
▪ Familiar with virtualization concept and technology. Strong understanding of networking concepts especially TCP/IP protocol and different data switching and communication protocols, with emphasis on compression and quality of service. Demonstrated Experience of server operating systems (Windows server/ Unix )and its directory services structure
▪ Familiar with IT services management methodology(ITIL, MOF). C/C++ programming. Demonstrated ability to understand the business requirements of the users and translate it into technical requirements. Technical information in a format that is understood by non-technicians
