Requirements:
▪Excellent knowledge in IT.
▪Experience in FIFA World Cup Mobile Ticket Resolution role, or other major events is required.
▪Must be able to solve any issues customers face with tickets, the mobile app, etc
▪Candidate must be available immediately with valid QID
