Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Specialist Compensation (3 Months Contract)

Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Organizational Design, or a relevant quantitative-based Science discipline.
▪ 5+yrs of exp in compensation and benefits, which includes benchmarking, plan design, salary management, HR administration, and supporting a diverse workforce.
▪ Professionals on compensation and strong experience in Rewards
▪ Looking for candidates who are locally available in Qatar (Immediate Joiner).
